Detailed Itinerary:
Day 0: Overnight Journey from Delhi to Haridwar

• Pick up: Kashmiri Gate (Near Swaminarayan Temple, Civil Lines)

• Dep time: 11.00 pm

• Distance: 230 km | 5 hours

• Arrival at Delhi from hometown

• Explore Delhi own your own (We will suggest/arrange daytime budget stay and

freshen up place in Delhi)

• Meeting at pickup location at 11.00 pm

• Overnight journey by tempo traveler Delhi to Haridwar


Day 1: Morning halt at Haridwar & Explore Rishikesh

• Distance: 230 km | 6-7 hours

• Stay: Rishikesh

• Meal: Breakfast & Dinner

• Early morning arrival at Har ki Pauri ghat, Haridwar

• Load your luggage in tempo/minibus

• Take a dip into ganga river and freshen up at ghat

• Get into a tempo/minibus and drive towards Rishikesh

• Explore Rishikesh

• River Rafting & Cliff Jumping- 2-3 hours*

• Bungee jumping or Flying fox*

• Laxman Jhula to Ramjhula local market by walk

Day 3: Guptkashi to Kedarnath Trek and stay

• Distance: 26 + 5 | 1 Hrs by tempo + 30 min by Jeep

• Trek: 21 km | 8 -10 Hrs

• Stay: Kedarnath

• Start your day as early as possible

• Leave extra luggage at hotel only

• One hour drive towards Sonprayag/Sitapur

• Sonprayag to Gaurikund by local jeep

• Take a visit to hot water spring at Gaurikund besides Mandakini river

when you start your trek

• Carry your pack breakfast

• Start 21 km trek towards kedarnath dham - 8-10 hours

• Enjoy scenic beauty throughout the trek

• Reach at kedarnath temple

• Check in to hotel room near temple

• Evening aarti darshan at kedarnath temple

• Have a light and healthy dinner & Rest for the day


Day 4: Kedarnath trek down and Guptkashi

• Trek: 21 km | 5-6 Hrs

• Distance: 5 + 26 km | 30 min by Jeep + 1 Hrs by Tempo

• Stay: Guptkashi

• Wake Up call in the early morning and get ready for morning darshan

• Kedarnath darshan and aarti in the morning

• Spend enough time to explore surrounding area such as Bhimshila, Adi

Shankaracharya Statue, Bhairav temple

• Breakfast and check out from hotel

• Start trekking down towards Gaurikund - 4-6 hours & 1 hour to reach

Gaurikund to Sitapur parking

• Reach Sonprayag/Sitapur parking by 5.00 pm

• Drive towards Guptkashi

• Reach hotel at Guptkashi, freshen up


Day 5: Guptkashi - Tungnath trek - Joshimath

• Distance: 40 + 160 km | 1.5 hours + 5 Hours

• Trek: 10 km | 6-7 Hrs

• Stay: Joshimath

• Early wake up and 1.5hour Scenic drive towards Chopta

• Reach Chopta by 7 am, and start trekking towards world's highest

• Carry pack breakfast or Have breakfast before the start of the trek

• 3 to 4 hours of trek to reach Tungnath temple

• Witness majestic mountain of Himalayas range including Chaukhamba

massive, Kedar Dom throughout the trek

• One can trek to Chandrashila peak further 1.5 km ahead from Tungnath

temple

• Finish your trek before 03.00 pm

• 6–7-hour drive back towards Joshimath

• Dinner and rest for the day


Day 6: Joshimath - Badrinath - Mana - Joshimath

• Distance: 45 km + 45 km | 1.5 Hrs + 1.5 Hrs by road

• Stay: Joshimath

• Early wake up, Breakfast and Drive to Badrinath (45km/1.5 hour)

• Reach Badrinath, Visit Badrinath Temple and Hot water spring Tapt Kund

• Later visit mana village – visit Saraswati River, Bheem pul, Vyasgufa

• If time permit, One can trek to Vasudhara Waterfall

• Later drive back to Joshimath

• Dinner and rest for the day


Day 7: Joshimath - Rishikesh - Delhi Overnight

• Early wake up, Breakfast and get ready for long journey

• Drive from Joshimath to Rishikesh

• On the way, one can take stop at Nand Prayag and KarnaPrayag – Two of

Panch Prayag

• Reach Rishikesh in the evening.

• Dinner and rest for the day


Day 8: Early morning arrival at Delhi

• Early morning around 06.00 am arrive at Delhi

• Take your return train or flight as per your schedule

Overview : 

Standing magnificently at an altitude of 3,580 meters and enveloped in the mighty

Garhwal Himalayas, Shree Kedarnath Temple is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of

Lord Shiva. Kedarnath forms one of the four sites of the Chota Char Dham

Pilgrimage site of Uttarakhand (Those are Gangotri, Yamunotri, Kedarnath,

Badrinath) and one among the Panch Kedar ( Those are Kedarnath, Rudranath,

Tungnath, Madhyamaheshwar, Kalpeshwar). Reconstructed by Adi Shankracharya in 8th century, The temple is said to be covered in snow for more than 400 years during the period of little ice age of 1300-1900 AD.


Badrinath Temple is located at an altitude of 3300 meter in the lap of snow-clad

mountains of Garhwal Himalayas in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. The temple is

dedicated to lord Vishnu, and is one of the four major pilgrimage sites of India

(Chardham: Badrinath in the North, Dwarka in the West, Rameshwaram In the south

and Jagannath Puri in the East). The temple is Re-established by Adi

Shankaracharya in the 8th century.
