Payment and Refund Policy

1. Payment Methods and Confirmation of Registration

a) Registration will be considered 'Confirmed' when you make full payment by any of the methods specified in point 1(c) below and send a screenshot of the payment made from your end.

b) Make payment only after taking confirmation from our end about availability of seats for the event. Please note that, if amount is transferred without consulting us, registration will not be considered and refund will be processed as per Refund Policy.

c) You can make payment through NEFT/Paytm/BHIM/UPI or Google Pay (Tez) on the details given by us at the time of registration only. For any other mode of payment, take confirmation from us in advance.

2. Refund Policy

a) You can cancel your booking 2 days prior to the Start of the event day and take 80% refund (E.g. For Sunday Morning event you can cancel up to Thursday Night 11:59 pm, however for events Leaving Saturday Night you can cancel up to Wednesday Night 11:59 pm)

 

b) If you cancel after that time limit, then you will neither get any refund nor the amount will be adjusted in future events under any circumstances.

 

c) However, you can always send someone eligible as your replacement. No extra charges or cancellation charges will be levied for the same.

d) Any eligible refund as per above policy will be processed within 10 working days.
