How to Book your Trek ?
1. Check details of the event.
2. WhatsApp us on 7400174767 for Seats Availability (Click here).
3. If seats available then Make Payment to Confirm Seat(s).
4. Send Payment Screenshot on WhatsApp number 7400174767 (Click here).
5. Share Contact Number of people you registered for the event (in case you booked for more than 1 person).
6. Get added to WhatsApp group 1 day before the Event.
Payment and Refund Policy
1. Payment Methods and Confirmation of Registration
a) Registration will be considered 'Confirmed' when you make full payment by any of the methods specified in point 1(c) below and send a screenshot of the payment made from your end.
b) Make payment only after taking confirmation from our end about availability of seats for the event. Please note that, if amount is transferred without consulting us, registration will not be considered and refund will be processed as per Refund Policy.

For any other mode of payment, take confirmation from us in advance.
2. Refund Policy (Weekend Treks)
a) You can cancel your booking 2 days prior to the start of the event day and take 80% refund (E.g. For Sunday morning event you can cancel up to Thursday night 11:59 pm, however for events leaving Saturday night you can cancel up to Wednesday night 11:59 pm)
b) If you cancel after that time limit, then you will neither get any refund nor the amount will be adjusted in future events under any circumstances.
c) However, you can always send someone eligible as your replacement. No extra charges or cancellation charges will be levied for the same.
d) Our events are planned assuming normal weather and normal conditions, in case of occurrence of any natural calamities, riots, political unrest, outbreak of disease or other such circumstances which are beyond our control, the event may be cancelled, Leaders decision will be final and binding on all participants, under such circumstances, No refund will be provided.
e) Any eligible refund as per above policy will be processed within 3 working days.
3. Refund Policy (Backpacking Tours)
a) - You can cancel your booking 15 days prior to the start of the event day and take 80% refund.
- You can cancel your booking from 5 to 14 days prior to the start of the event day and take 60% refund.
- If you do not wish to take refund then you can transfer the amount to other events within 2 months of departure date of your booking, subject to above cancellation time limit.
b) If you cancel after that time limit, then you will neither get any refund nor the amount will be adjusted in future events under any circumstances.
c) The above policy refers to only your booking and the same is not transferable to others.
d) Our events are planned assuming normal weather and normal conditions, in case of occurrence of any natural calamities, riots, political unrest, outbreak of disease or other such circumstances which are beyond our control, the event may be cancelled, Leaders decision will be final and binding on all participants, under such circumstances, No refund will be provided.
